C.L. Sigler & Associates, Inc. was founded in 2001, and has become one of the industry’s most respected and consummate consulting and construction management firm for Common Interest Developments and Multi-Family Developments throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and Coachella Valley. Our friendly and experienced team has a business model that combines solid technical acumen and experience with a deep understanding of the challenges that HOA Boards and Community Managers face in maintaining their aging or failing building components.

We are a solution-based team, and carry Professional Liability Insurance along with General Liability, Auto and Workers Compensation insurance. We hold various certifications and a California State Contractors License as one of those qualifications.

We pride ourselves on representing our clients and their funds as if the project were our own home. Meet Our Leadership

Chris Sigler, B.S.C.E., CDT

Founder, President/CEO, Principal

Chris brings over 30 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry to the Firm. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (B.S.C.E.) from Santa Clara University, he was involved in major structural concrete work, prior to moving into the Seismic Retrofit industry in the 90’s in the San Francisco Bay Area. He is a Certified Construction Documents Technologist with the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), and follows its best practices. Over the last 24 years, he has built his team into a thriving and unified group that shares each other’s values and works closely to nurture a positive team atmosphere, which extends to our business model and client happiness!

Paul Driscoll

Vice President, Principal

Paul joined C.L Sigler & Associates, Inc back in 2005 and started out as a project administrator on a large project. He quickly moved up within the company and today as Vice President and Principal, Paul oversees all aspects of business operations, project development, and project management. With a career spanning hundreds of successful projects, Paul brings a hands-on, solutions-focused approach to every challenge. A proud graduate of San Diego State University, Paul combines his deep industry experience with a friendly, collaborative style that builds strong relationships with clients, partners, and project teams alike. His leadership helps ensure that every project reflects the company’s commitment to quality, integrity, and results.

Mike Yin

Director of Operations

Mike joined the C.L. Sigler & Associates team after working on the Construction Contractor side of the HOA industry for over 20 years. He brings a great deal of practical experience to the firm and is fully aligned with C.L. Sigler & Associates’ ethics and unified teamwork approach. As our Director of Operations, Mike is directly involved in major projects as well as in working with our project managers and other staff members to provide high-level supervision within the team. Mike is a Licensed Civil Engineer (C.E.) and has a great deal of technical knowledge to contribute to our collective efforts as well!

Meet Our Project Management and Support Team

Chris and Paul lead a team of Project Managers and Administrators that are the pivot point of our business. We have in-house AutoCad Design Drafting, Architectural Design Services and Project Coordinators / Administrators, all working cohesively together with our Project Managers to make sure that the clients and residents affected by the work are well-communicated with and well-informed. Together, our team keeps the important project documentation in order for the client’s archives once work is complete for a project!
